What this comparison can and cannot establish
The candidates came from US English search evidence reviewed September 21, 2026. We retrieved the USDTmixer.to and FixedFloat home pages. The ChangeNOW page returned HTTP 403 and remains a discovery lead, not a reviewed service document. These commercial pages establish only what their operators claim. They are not independent authorities on privacy, safety or the behavior of USDT. FixedFloat is an exchange alternative, not a mixer.
StableScope did not deposit funds, connect a wallet, inspect private systems, verify reserves, measure delivery time or confirm a refund. “Unverified” means the evidence is insufficient to rely on the field; it is not a finding that a provider is fraudulent.

The token and network still need primary-source checks
Tether’s supported-protocol documentation is the starting point for identifying a supported USDT deployment. It does not certify that a third-party service currently accepts that deployment, will return funds or operates the mechanism it advertises.
For an EVM route, compare the exact contract and chain. For TRON, check the TRC-20 route and current recipient instructions. A page that lists seven networks is not evidence that every listed route is live, native, or suitable for your recipient.
A fair review uses the same questions for every service
Identify the operator and legal terms.
Record the domain, accountable entity, jurisdictional statements, support channel and applicable restrictions. A brand name alone is not an operator identity.
Verify the exact route.
Match USDT, chain, contract, destination and any memo or minimum. Do not infer compatibility from a ticker or address shape.
Separate custody from mechanism.
Ask who can move, pause, upgrade or withhold funds. A privacy claim does not remove custodial or smart-contract risk.
Read the complete cost.
Capture the percentage, fixed charge, network cost, spread, minimum, quote expiry and amount the recipient should receive.
Demand bounded privacy evidence.
A code audit does not prove server log deletion; a no-KYC headline does not prove no records; a new address does not erase public timing and amount data.
How to use the table
If your actual need is a different asset or network, compare a documented swap or cross-chain route instead of adding a mixer-labelled service. If you are evaluating a service, treat every unverified field as an open risk, not as a blank to fill with a guess.
